Three things I believe to be true
The noise of everyday stays at the door. Instead, we create space to think, to play, to fail without flinching. Energy that lifts rather than drains. And insight that lands when it isn't competing with everything else. Our shared space is above the inversion intentionally.
The insight that lands — the one you actually remember — isn't something I told you. It's something the room built, together, out loud. If a framework appears at all, it's usually last. After you've already built it yourselves. I'm just the one who shows you the shape of what you already found.
Clear sky by designI don’t build learning for the page - I close the gap between learning design and the experience that lands in the room. I spent years being pulled into design teams for exactly this reason — not to write the content, but to stress-test it against what a group of leaders will actually do with it in the room.
It starts with one question — not the topic, but the shift. What do we need this person to feel or realise differently by the time they leave? Then I work backwards to the moment, cognitive or emotional, that makes that shift impossible to forget.
The question before the contentI know the material well enough to hold it, and well enough to leave it when the room takes the conversation somewhere the design didn't predict. That's what makes this repeatable: it isn't charisma on a good day, it's a discipline I bring to every room.
Command creates freedomWhat we can work on together
The support leaders need is rarely narrow, instead it shifts with the role, the moment, and what's actually at stake. This isn't an exhaustive list — just a sense of where I spend most of my time. If your need is different, let's talk.

How we can work together
What services do you offer?
1
Deliver
You've got the content. I bring it to life. Full delivery of existing programmes or workshops — your materials, my facilitation.
Co-create
Something doesn't exist yet, or what you have doesn't quite fit. We design it together, from the shift you need to the moment that makes it land — built using the same discipline behind everything I deliver. Naturally, this takes more time, and the investment reflects that.
What group sizes can you work with?
2
16 to ~50 is the sweet spot for an interactive in-person session. Smaller than that becomes coaching and while larger is possible, more care is needed to make sure everyone stays engaged.
Can you deliver online as well as in-person?
3
Yes — absolutely! I’ve led sessions with 4000+ online participants. I take a lot of care to translate in-person experiences to work with online audiences large and small. The mechanics might be different, but the intention is the same.
Do you facilitate with others?
4
Yes — in fact I prefer it! I’m happy to lead alone, or alongside others: including your own people. The room’s insight matters more than whose voice is leading it, and a confident facilitator doesn’t need to be the only voice in the room.
